Kelly is a Business Development Manager with a focus on providing excellent client service. With an interest in understanding what excellent service means to each individual client, Kelly builds relationships based on effective communication and trust.

A background that includes more than 15 years recruitment industry experience in both Auckland and Sydney business markets. Primary recruitment experience gained with Hudson (formerly Morgan & Banks) in recruitment consultant, recruitment leadership and client relationship management positions with national responsibility. Developed expertise in all facets of sales including; prospecting, new client development, relationship building, bid management and strategic account management. Responsible for managing preferred supplier agreements with key clients to provide both recruitment and Human Resource consulting solutions. Key stakeholder relationships were primarily with Human Resource practitioners in the government, financial and telecommunication industry sectors.
